The project objectives included a full site redesign to a mobile responsive experience as well as the implementation of the first online eCommerce functionality allowing users to complete a rental agreement online and have products delivered to their home. A full account management section was added to allow users to manage payments, view current agreements and update payment and personal information.

Through out the early design phases, I deployed a variety of online test scenarios as well as moderator led usability testing to validate design, navigation, features and flows in order to optimize the overall experience. The new site created an entirely new revenue stream for the Rent-A-Center business.
