Over a two year period, I worked with Rent-A-Center digital stakeholders to redesign rentacenter.com and deliver its' first ever Ecommerce shopping experience. I created a series of Axure prototypes, as well as, all screens and UI design requirements for the full product ordering and checkout processes and the phase II effort for online payments and account management. I also authored all functional specification for the development and QA portions of the projects and conducted a number of online user tests to improve the overall usability of the new site.
