Over a two year period, I worked with Rent-A-Center digital stakeholders to redesign rentacenter.com and deliver its' first ever Ecommerce rental experience. In phase 1, I created a series of Axure prototypes, as well as, all screens and UI design requirements for the full product order ring and checkout processes. Phase 2 included the creation of flows for online payments and account management. I also authored all functional specification for the development and QA portions of the projects and conducted a number of online user tests to improve the overall usability of the new site, account management and payment screens.
