ScoreSense Customer Email Journey


As part of an overall brand refresh, I lead content rewrites and a UI redesign for our welcome email through day 40 new customer journey. The new campaign saw 3%< increase in members staying on subscription past their 7-day free trial period. Also, this moved us closer to a consolidated design system for all our branding, marketing and digital design efforts.  ​
